Yes.. its safe and looks good to me.. in my opinion we can use the ecigars that is so better than the normal cigars.

I'm using this sytem. I ordered three batteries from here and two of them have stopped working after less then a week of use. The tip glows orange permenantly and stops working. Still waiting for the first faulty battery to be replaced for over a week now. the second battery packed up today. Seriously thinking of finding a different system to use!

Yep,I had the same experience with it and yeah, it burns like hell. Here's a youtube video on how to refill. So far it goes with the rest of other electronic cigarettes I've tried so hopefully this helps you out.
